In line waiting on a refill. White man behind me. Employee walks up to second person in line, how can I help. Gets guy a water refill. Ignores me. He literally has to pass me to get to guy give drinks to guy and didn't even ask what I needed. I was first in line. Why wasn't I helped by anyone?

Best deal on the menu is the Rancher plate which gives you 2 Meats, three sides and a drink... Enough for 2 people. If you're on a budget the fried chicken combo is pretty good at around $7. Always ask for an extra side of sauce and try the incredible pickled onions at the condiment bar. Love that they have Big Red Soda!

Very good! Recieved our food quickly and it was really good. Brisket is one of my favorites and it is very good here! I've been here several times and I plan on coming back more. I recommend!

Bbq was great. Pies were not even close ro being called real. Pecan had soggy crust. Coconut was banana cream type filling with marshmallow topping. Chocolate was marshmallow topping with a filling that tasted like a generic chocolate icing mixed with something to make it thinner for a pie filler. 30+ dollars went into garbage after 1 bite.

Can't go wrong with Bill Miller. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. And the sweet tea is so good! Reminds me of my grandma's, which always brings a smile to my face!

Fast food style bbq joint. I prefer places where you can see them cutting the meat there in front of you. Instead, everything is prepared in the back. Brisket and ribs were dry and super hot, like they had been microwaved. Hash browns and pinto beans weren't bad. Staff was very friendly.

Rodeo is coming and they usually have meal deals available. Stop on by for some good ole fried chicken.

My brother-in-law and I stopped in here for some relatively inexpensive barbecue. Bill Miller is good at that sort of thing, with a variety of decent barbecue offerings at reasonable prices. The restaurant was clean and you get a good value.

Love this place know for their famous Breakfast Tacos and fast service very good Texas Sweet Tea and I personally love the Chicken Fried Steak plate.

Just ordered the 12 taco box, pancakes, back, sausage, and a side of eggs. No the Pancakes were uncooked batter very mushy and nasty. Didn't get the side of eggs. Realized this when I got home. Called talked to Jasmine and she told me to write her name on the top of my receipt and I had 30 days to come back and get the eggs and pancakes. This is crazy and very unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. IT'S OFF WELLS BRANCH AND 35 SERVICE ROAD.

Excellent Holiday meals!!! Real Southern dressing and giblet gravy. Awesome baked turkeys. Whole or carved. Plus sides and pies that taste homemade..

Good food and polite staff. Everytime I go, I get my food relatively quickly and it always tastes fresh. Prices are very fair. Their sweet tea is quite good as well. Restraunt always appears clean.

Came here because people were telling me they had great breakfast tacos. Tried the potato and egg and the brisket tacos. The potato and eggs were a large taco, with soft potatoes and you can taste the pepper. The brisket was also great. Comparable to Taco Cabana, these tacos are slightly higher priced, but with more fillings. Great choice.

Love Bill Millers. Every time we go to San Antonio we have to stop. Very fast and professional. PLEASE MAKE 1 IN KILLEEN TEXAS.

Wow not good here. I ordered my thanksgiving dinner 2 weeks ago. She said I can pick up my large order on Thanksgiving Morn if pay in full in person.. it will be hot. I paid in person. They called me the night before and said where are you? Hmmm not a good start. She said for me to be there at 11. No later. I’m here. It’s been 55 min and no food. My food order arrives and they offer me free green beans because of my wait..I get it to my family. But the turkey and ham and dressing are dried out. Was my food ready yesterday and they just reheat it today? We are very disappointed. Not good BM BBQ. I have asked the manager to call me. Its been 48 hours now and no one has called me.

I drove to the Bill Miller in Pflugerville and purchased the large family meal which cost me $46. The brisket was dry and full of fat. The two bags of rolls were molded. They forgot my tea. I called the manager and she apologized and said she would replace the entire meal and asked that I bring the receipts. I called today and was told by another manager she would only replace the rolls and the tea. I paid a lot of money for lousy food and lousy service. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

At this location we decided to try plates. My husband had tried the sandwiches at another location & LOVED it. This location was closer to our home, so we'd thought we would give it further exploration. I got the cfs plate with green beans & potato salad. He got the brisket & sausage combo with same sides. I would not recommend the cfs. It WAS a big presentation, but steak inside was very small. Breading gives it a big puff. Tastewise, you should know, breading is VERY sweet, as if they must add honey to the mix. May be your cup of tea, but just not mine. Sausage quality was equal to Hilshire Farms & brisket was average. Sides were good! I could go there for th sides. Note coleslaw is vinegar based. Staff was VERY nice & atmosphere was fine. Enjoyed the new experience overall. Not the "best" & not the worst by far. You pay for what you get so I would say you can't complain. Price points are right on target. I think their sandwiches are the way to go! Enjoy!

Cant get enough of their chicken. For me it's just right, not to greasy and not to salty. My 1st choice everytime.

Got the #8 combo at the drive through. It was very good.

I went through drive thru, my food was cold and I was given burnt fries. So upsetting. I just moved to the area. This is the closest bill millers to me.

Long line here for an early lunch. Line is moving at a good place. They have a limited menu. Food is always good. Picking up Carne Guisada tacos.

We loved this place!! The food was great and super delicious. We bought the #8 The ranchers plate, which had so many things to choose from, two meats, 3 sides and a drink. There is so much variety is hard to choose just 3 sides, but we loved having this debate, every plate was amazing. The customer service was incredible, the staff was super nice and attentive, especially an employee named Carmen,who was not only friendly,but super happy to get us refills and to go boxes and a bag, she did everything for us. We loved this place, the food and we'll definitely be back!!

Friendly, but distracted staff. Before you drive off, check your order. There's always something missing, or not what I ordered. Once you're about to order, they ask you to wait until THEY are ready. My opinion is that the young staff is left unsupervised, and they're clueless on what or how to do their job. Food? Meh...

When did they stop putting BBQ sauce out for customers to get on their own?
